CEEE 2008 final programme

The distinctive feature of CEEE 2008 is the sharing of examples of good practice AND learning from experiences. The aim is to tease out guiding principles that would serve as the conference contribution to the UNDESD debate. The conference proceedings should serve as a compendium of initiatives— a bank of ideas and examples of good practice from the formal, informal and non-formal sectors.

The two Keynote Addresses introduce the Round Table Orientation Sessions. These sessions will involve about three speakers who very briefly comment on the selected theme. The discussion is then opened to the floor.

The aim of the Round Table Orientation Sessions is to serve as a primer for the concurrent Workshop Sessions where more specific in-depth discussions occur. The structure of the Workshop Sessions will be a smaller version of the Round Table Orientation Sessions. However, during these sessions specific case studies will be presented, discussed and analysed with the aim of teasing out methodological guidelines. For more details of the Workshop Sessions, click here.

The Free Market Session is a forum of exchange and presentation of posters, videos, CDs, projects, publications or any other material that may not fit neatly in the other sessions of the Conference.
